Difficult to book

I bought this package from Beauty Emporium. When I went to the website to book, no couple massages were listed to be booked. It took me 3 calls various WhatsApp chats just to make an appointment. At first they book us in, but instead of having the same appointment time they booked us in one after another. And just trying to correct the appointment was a nightmare. Wasted most of my morning. Then I received my confirmation and it still had different timings. But they assured me that it is now booked for the same time, regardless of what the booking system says… we’ll see when we arrive if it’s actually booked for the same time. It was just a headache to make a simple appointment. If you sell couples packages then have it listed as an option in your booking system. Simple as that

We will forward your feedback regarding phone booking to the Spa Esprit customer care team for investigation. As the couples massage requires reserving a special couples room and two therapists, we do request that customers make phone bookings for this particular package. We do understand that having an online booking option would be more convenient, but currently our system cannot manage this particular type of booking.
