Do I have to create an account to shop with you?

Yes, we ask that all customers create an account with us to purchase items. This helps us with better customer service and fraud prevention. Your account allows you to edit your personal details, create product wish lists, earn Beauty Rewards (just by registering an account) and a whole lot more. Besides, it only takes 1 minute (we timed it)!

I have a gift code or discount code - how do I use it?

If you have a valid discount code for a particular offer, please enter the code, and click the "Apply" button so that your cart is updated to reflect the discount. Please apply discount codes before using Express Checkout or Proceeding with payment.

- Discount codes can only be used to purchase full-priced products (unless otherwise stated)

- If you have forgotten to apply your discount code and have paid for your order, our team cannot apply the discount for you as your order has already been processed. You may however use the the discount code for your next order.

What payment methods can I use?

PayPal members can use the Express Checkout option and save time checking out.

Beauty Emporium accepts payments by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, JCB, Discover and UnionPay, PayPal, Atome (0% interest over 3 instalments) and  PayLater by Grab.

Payment options can be found in the Payment section, after entering your customer information and shipping details.

By clicking " Credit Card ", customers can checkout using Visa, Amex, Diners Club, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. These payments are processed by Checkout.

By clicking " PayPal ", customers can checkout using either a PayPal account or simply pay using a Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover or UnionPay card, without needing a PayPal account (simply click the "Pay by Credit or Debit Card" button)

By clicking " Atome ", you can purchase items or a service upfront by paying 0% interest over 3 instalments. Atome split the total bill into three equal and interest-free instalments.The first instalment will be paid at the time of your purchase, and the remaining two instalments every 30 days apart. By clicking " Grab - Pay Now or Pay Later ", you can purchase items or a service upfront Pay in 4 monthly instalments. Make a large bill smaller at checkout. All payment gateways we use are secure. We do not store your credit card details on our website.

Do I need to pay Singapore GST (Goods & Services Tax)?

Singapore customers will be charged 8% GST for all items except for Gift Cards. Prices displayed on our website are displayed inclusive of 8% Singapore GST. International customers will not have to pay Singapore GST, so will save 8% off the displayed prices. Cart subtotals will be displayed excluding GST, with tax and shipping calculated during the checkout process.

From 1 January 2024, the Singapore Goods & Service Tax will be increased from 8% to 9%.

I’ve made a mistake in my order. Is it too late to correct it?

If you have made an error in your order, contact us immediately . We can update both your order items*, your shipping address or contact details. Please note that we fulfill orders quickly and cannot modify your order after it has been packed and shipped. Please ensure you have included your correct address details in English so that there will be no delays in shipping.

*Customers may be liable for additional charges if the order total exceeds that of the original order. Where the modified order total is below the original order total, customers will receive credit in the form of discount codes for future purchases.

Can I amend or cancel my order after delivery notification?

We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure they are processed and delivered promptly. This means we’re unable to amend or cancel any orders once processed for delivery.

I made an error in my delivery address, will I still get my order?

Local orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be returned to Beauty Emporium HQ. Please contact us immediately if you discover that you have given us incorrect or incomplete delivery address details.

How much is delivery?

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders will be fulfilled within 2 business days. Orders placed after 1pm SGT will be fulfilled the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled the following business day. Delivery time varies:

Local Delivery
- Standard Delivery (Approx. 3-5 business days)

International Delivery
DHL Express (Approx. 3-5 business days)

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us containing your tracking number.

    I’ve changed my mind about my purchase? Can I return the product/s for a refund?

    We allow return of selected products from online orders if you have changed your mind about a product. Products purchased at a discount or on sale cannot be returned. Refunds will be processed in the form of store credits to the total value of the returned product only. Delivery fees will not be refunded. We do not accept any local returns through mail or courier.

    All returns due to change of mind are subject to a 14 day return period from the date of order received, and subject to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Order must be from Singapore only. Returns not applicable to International orders
    2. Product must be unopened, unused and unmarked
    3. Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set
    4. Customers must complete and submit the Product Return Request online form
    5. Our customer service team will allocate a case number to eligible product return requests
    6. An order receipt and return request case number must be presented with any returned product(s)
    7. Product must be returned in-person at designated locations within 10 days
    8. Return policy does not apply to products purchased using discount codes, gift codes or where product description indicates product is non-returnable

    We reserve the rights to reject any returns that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements. We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of product returns.
