When orders are packed and awaiting pick up, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number to track your delivery. Fulfillment and delivery times are indicative only and may vary during peak periods or circumstances beyond our control.

We currently offer the following delivery methods within Singapore (excluding hotels, PO Boxes, airports or MINDEF camps).
Standard Delivery (Ninja) S$4
Delivery within 3 – 5 business days. Tracking is available.
NINJA LOCAL DELIVERY TIMES & ESTIMATES:
- Delivery to home addresses will be between 9am – 10pm Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery to office addresses will be between 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday.
(Please Note: There is no option to choose delivery time slots with this service. There will be no deliveries on public holidays.)
1. Recipient will receive an SMS from Ninja on the day of delivery.
2. If recipient is not at the address at the time of delivery, Ninja Van will attempt to call the recipient. Recipients may choose to instruct drivers to leave parcels at location, at your own risk. Please provide the Security Code given in the Ninja SMS and inform the Driver where you would like the parcel left.
3. If recipient cannot be contacted, Ninja will attempt to deliver the parcel another 2 times. If for whatever reasons, Ninja has attempted 3 deliveries and still failed, Ninja Van will proceed to return the parcel to Beauty Emporium.
We only offer international delivery for brands we manufacturer ourselves including Browhaus, Two Lips, Spa Esprit, We Need A Hero, Strip and Plantation.
We do not offer international delivery for products from Malin+Goetz, Babor, VitaJuwel, Shima, Luxe Botanics, W.ANT and Esse.

DHL handles delivery to your country and last-mile delivery is completed by DHL or a DHL partner courier service.
When orders are dispatched, you will receive an email with a link and tracking number to track your DHL delivery.
*Min order totals to be eligible for FREE DELIVERY vary based on destination country. International shipments may be subject to destination country import taxes, duties or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient to pay before receiving delivery. Delivery will not be completed unless these fees are paid.
DHL GLOBAL MAIL PACKET PLUS
This service has been cancelled by DHL and will no longer be available as a delivery option as of 12 November 2021.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are specific to the destination country. Therefore, we do not know what the amount will be. Please be prepared to pay these fees when your package reaches the destination country. If the package is refused or returned to us, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs incurred by Beauty Emporium.

Delivering your orders to you quickly is our priority, but we cannot offer order refunds to customers who provide incorrect address information or fail to pay their country's customs duties and/or taxes (if applicable to their order).
