HOW TO USE :

1. Gently clean the eyelid to remove excess oil from the skin
2. Measure and trim the outer corner of false lashes if required.
3. Apply 2-3 even coats of Pen-tone lash adhesive eyeliner from the inner to outer corner of your upper lash line.
4. Allow the formula to dry for 3-5 seconds.
5. Apply false lash onto your drawn lash line and adjust if needed.
6. Repeat on the other eye.
