IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS UPDATES:

1. With effect from 1 June 2022, all treatments and package purchases will be credited directly into your customer profile and eVouchers will no longer be issued by email.
2. For redemption of services, please provide your mobile number and email address for order verification at the store. Your treatment will be deducted from your purchase history at the end of the session.
3. We are currently unable to process e-gifting of treatments or packages via Beauty Emporium. If you wish to purchase a trial treatment a gift, you will need to first make the purchase, and then be present in-person at a store to make the transfer of the treatment to the gift recipient's registered Strip/Browhaus/Spa Esprit customer profile.

3. Redemption of this service is valid 3 months from date of purchase.
4. Service will be credited into a customer profile created for you at outlets.
5. Please indicate your wish to redeem the service when making an appointment booking.
6. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts or vouchers
7. Prior appointment booking is required.
8. All sales are final and are non refundable or exchangeable for cash or products.
