Do I have to create an account to shop with you?

Yes, we ask that all customers create an account with us to purchase items. This helps us with better customer service and fraud prevention. Your account allows you to edit your personal details, create product wish lists, earn Beauty Rewards (just by registering an account) and a whole lot more. Besides, it only takes 1 minute (we timed it)!

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We use PayPal's secure payment gateway to process payments but you don't need a PayPal account to purchase using your credit card.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure they are processed and delivered promptly. This means we’re unable to amend or cancel any orders once the order has been fulfilled.

I made an error in my delivery address, will I still get my order?
For local orders, we use SingPost, so orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be returned to the Beauty Emporium HQ. Please contact us immediately if you discover that you have given us incorrect or incomplete delivery address details.

How much is delivery?

Local Delivery

- SmartPac Doorstep Delivery $4 (FREE for orders over S50)
- Ninja Van Doorstep Delivery $6 (FREE for orders over S60)

International Delivery
DHL Express / price calculated at checkout
DHL Packet Plus mail / price calculated at checkout

How long does delivery take?
To process and fulfill orders takes 1 to 2 business days
(note that orders placed after 1pm SGT will be processed the following business day). Delivery times vary (see below) 

Local Delivery
- SmartPac Doorstep Delivery (Approx. 2-3 business days)
- Ninja Van Doorstep Delivery (Approx. 1-3 business days)

International Delivery
DHL Express (Approx. 3-5 business days)
DHL Packet Plus mail (Approx. 6-20 business days)

    How do I track my order

    Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an dispatch confirmation email from us containing your tracking number. Local orders will not receive tracking numbers as delivery is normally within 3 business days after order is fulfilled.

    Can I return or exchange products?
    For faulty or defective items, Beauty Emporium allows exchanges within a 30-day period upon receipt of order, provided the item is in its original packaging. We won’t let you bear the cost of returning or exchanging your item(s).

    To return your item(s) for free, contact us with details of the product fault and please include your order number. We also may ask for a photo of the damaged or faulty product.

    Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.

    Where are your products stocked?
    Our products are stocked right here at our sunny little island - Singapore!

    Do you test on animals?

    We NEVER test on animals.
