Do I have to create an account to shop with you?

Yes, we ask that all customers create an account with us to purchase items. This helps us with better customer service and fraud prevention. Your account allows you to edit your personal details, create product wish lists, earn Beauty Rewards (just by registering an account) and a whole lot more. Besides, it only takes 1 minute (we timed it)!

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We use PayPal's secure payment gateway to process payments but you don't need a PayPal account to purchase using your credit card.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?
We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure they are processed and delivered promptly. This means we’re unable to amend or cancel any orders once the order has been fulfilled.

I made an error in my delivery address, will I still get my order?
For local orders, we use SingPost, so orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will be returned to the Beauty Emporium HQ. Please contact us immediately if you discover that you have given us incorrect or incomplete delivery address details.

How much is postage?
All purchases above $50 within Singapore are eligible for FREE SmartPac Doorstep Delivery! For orders below $50, postage costs are as below:

SmartPac Doorstep Delivery (2 to 3 business days) $4.00
How long does delivery take?

Local Orders
    To process orders and dispatch parcels - 1 to 2 business days (note that orders placed after 1pm SGT will be processed the following business day)

    For SmartPac Doorstep Delivery, you can expect your order to reach you within 3 business days.

      International Orders
      We know this is not ideal, but we are currently unable to take international orders or ship internationally - we’re working on it! But there is a way: if you know someone based in or traveling to Singapore, get them to visit our retail locations.

      How do I track my order?
      Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an dispatch confirmation email from us containing your tracking number. Local orders will not receive tracking numbers as delivery is normall within 2 business days after order is fulfilled.

      Visit https://www.singpost.com/track-items to track your order with the tracking number. If you cannot find your tracking number, please contact us here.

      Can I return or exchange products?
      If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase for a speedy replacement. The faulty or damaged item must be returned in its original packaging.

      And because we believe that you shouldn’t have to pay for anything you’re unhappy with, we won’t let you bear the cost of returning or exchanging your item(s). To return your item(s) for FREE, please contact us here using our contact form and please include your Order Number.

      Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be further returned or exchanged.

      Where are your products stocked?

      Our products are stocked right here at our sunny little island - Singapore!

      Do you test on animals?

      We NEVER test on animals.
