I had my first time experience trying out this type of facial in this shop. It was light and nothing unusual. But i had a rude awakening from the pungent smell of aromatherapy oil which was dropped on my tip of my nose. I dont know who taught this method to place strong smelling substance such as a heavily concentrated perfumed oil to the nose. I cannot breathe it was too strong. I had to rub it hard with the towels, and yet the smell lingers. Aromatherapy oil as a room ambience is good enough but NOT when it is drop on the nose directly, it is overwhelming and to me is like putting gas to knock you off. Whoever taught this to your beauticians must be a ****. NO I am not impressed with the method. Snce I paid for 2 sessions, i have to finish the last one. Unfortunately.
Thank you for your feedback. We investigated the incident and found that our standard procedure involves the therapist placing a drop of essential oil on their own palm and holding it above the customer's face for inhalation. It is not our practice to drip oil directly onto the customer's nose.
Our therapist followed this procedure correctly using geranium oil, which has been in use without issue. We respect your preference to avoid essential oils in future treatments and will ensure your remaining session adheres to this.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention
