HEALTH BENEFITS OF TINGSHA BELLS

CLEARING SPACES:

When the Cymbals are tapped together, a unique and high-pitched sound is produced. It is believed to aid respiratory disorders, when combined with meditation and yoga. HOW TO USE TINGSHA BELLS:

Each Tingsha Bell is made up of two small metal cymbals connected via a leather strap. Hand each cymbal by the strap, one in each hand, and gently strike them together.
